This Arctic-themed environment took around a month to complete, This was my first time working with a scene like this, and had to learn effective ways to create that heavy snow feeling for the meshes in the scene. This meant working more inside of the material system inside of Unreal, with the help of a few tutorials by @DesignVDan,@BenCloward, and @quixeltools. In this project I also wanted to test out working in more of a modular workflow I did this by creating my modular pieces and then inside of Unreal creating blueprints of the different building variations. This had its challenges at first with approaching the project this way, But I feel like I came out of this with a better understanding of when and how to use the modular workflow. Most of the meshes were modeled by me, but I did use a quixel bridge for the cliff faces, a few props, and decals within the scene. Overall I learned a lot with this project and look forward to creating more environments.
